
HIA Preliminary Service Agreement
This agreement details works required before entering a HIA Building Contract
This would include, preliminary sketch designs, fees for planning & building approvals, Surveying, Preliminary Soil reports & engineering designs, energy rating, private certifiers fees, and any initial works required to confirm a fixed price.
HIA Cost Plus Building Contract
This is a contract between the Builder and Client/ Owner. This is not a lump sum "fixed price" contract. Costs are totaled and a percentage or fixed sum added for administration, supervision and profit.
Once the percentage or fixed sum is agreed , this is an open book contract where all costs are disclosed and the overall cost of project is determined by quotes received from licensed trades and suppliers either from the Builder or by Owner.
HIA Building Contract for New Homes
This easy to read contract is used for the Construction of New Homes where a fixed price is required. This fixed price is subject to Prime Costed Items , footings allowances and any variations requested during the construction process.
At Grange homes once Development Approval with
all required documents are issued , final selections completed and construction site is level we will lock in
the Fixed Price.
HIA Building Contract for Alterations & Additions
This easy to read contract is used for the Renovation or addition to your existing Homes where a fixed price is required. This fixed price is subject to Prime Costed Items , footings allowances and any variations requested during the construction process.
